2014 - present

"Architecture can be explored through the lens of academia, practice and making. Community engagement and live build projects can stimulate community ownership and deliver an exciting type of architecture."

David joined Page\Park in 2014 following completion of his Masters in Advanced Architectural Design at the University of Strathclyde, where he achieved a distinction. David qualified as an architect in 2018 and has proven to be one of our most enthusiastic and capable young designers. He has supported on a number of award-winning projects cultural projects where his organisational skills and attention to detail were integral to their successful delivery.

As both student and graduate, David has personally received architectural award recognition, including a nomination for the RIAS Urban Design Award for his postgraduate thesis, and GIA Small Projects Awards in 2015 and 2016 for The Kettle and The Shieling respectively, two live-build projects in which he had a passionate hands-on role. For the past three years, he has returned to the University of Strathclyde in a tutoring role, mentoring 5th year thesis projects with David Page.
